For the horses:

Inside barn: 3 - 12x12 stalls, 3 - 10x24 stalls, 2 areas to turn out as well as turn out in arena.

Inside the barn, the alley is 30'x50'.  Great for grooming and roping practice on the dummy.  We have 2 roping dummies to rope on inside the barn.  We have an inside lighted 12x12 wash rack.  The arena is lighted, and is 150'x250'

For an additional fee, we can provide team roping practice. Call for details.

For your convenience, the horse barn is located very close to the bunk house.

The ranch has 55 sprawling acres to ride.

Lake Waco is 3 miles away for swimming and horse riding trails.

Coggins Required

We require a current Coggins test (within 12 months) on every horse staying at the Bunk & Barn.  In addition, all horses from out of state must have copies of current health records.

Pet Friendly

Cats and dogs are welcome!  We have a large high fenced dog pen on the side of the Bunk House.  Pets are required to be in pen, on leash, or inside with owner.  Current rabies required

Note: In addition, we also offer RV hookups for trailers with living quarters and campers.  Call for details.
